Toca Dance is an application designed for children ages 5 and up. Children can choose from five different dancers to watch, or use the mirror mode to see themselves as they dance. All modes can be customized with numerous options, such as hair, costumes, face paint and accessories. Toca Dance comes with 6 cool dance studios for kids to explore. Toca Dance is the perfect app for kids who love to dance. Your child can create original dance moves and track different stages of development as they learn new moves, plus there are over 50 sounds available so you don’t have to worry about listening to the same music over and over again. Toca Dance allows children to experience dance in a whole new way: they can use their imagination as they move around the screen to create original dances and become dance masters.

💃 Dance Studios and Rooms in Toca Dance

Toca Dance comes with 6 cool dance studios for kids to explore. Each studio has a different style and atmosphere, with its own music tracks that change depending on the selection of characters in the studio.

For example, if you play in the Hip-Hop room, you’ll hear hip-hop music (and a rapper as your party host). But if you switch to the Disco room, disco music will start playing and a DJ will be introduced instead of a rapper. You can also choose between three different types of dancers: boys, girls or both.

You can also choose from different props, such as TV screens showing dancers doing their moves on stage, strobe lights, disco balls, confetti cannons, fog machines, photo booths where you can take pictures with your friends or even yourself, magazines with articles about dancing and recommended song lists for certain styles by genre (e.g. pop songs for pop dancing), artwork by various artists whose works show dancers doing their thing…. There are so many ways to let children’s imaginations run wild so they can celebrate all kinds of dances without leaving home!
